  • If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

    • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
    • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
    • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.

Reach Raison Highway from where we will pick you to the Camping Site. *We can Pick and Drop You From Hotel at Additional Cost. How do I get to Beas River Camp

Scheduled Volvo buses : Scheduled Volvo AC coaches leave from Delhi and other cities to Manali. The get off point to reach Camp Himalayan is Raison, which is 5 minute away from Beas River Camp. . The travel time from Delhi to Raison by bus is around 12 hours. By Road Kullu is 490 kms from New Delhi. Take NH-1 that leads you to Chandigarh. From there, turn left on NH-21 leading to Raison via Ropar, Bilaspur, Mandi. On reaching Raison give us a call and we will pick you from there. By Air The nearest airport is Bhuntar, Kullu. From Delhi, it takes one and half an hour to reach Kullu-Manali airport. Driving disctance for Camp is approx. 20 kms. The other airport is at Gaggal called Kangra Airport, which is around 220 kms. away from -Kullu By Train Nearest railhead – Kiratpur Sahib or Kalka. The camp is approx. 225 kms.

What are the medical facilities available?

health centre is available at Raison and a dispensary at Nangabagh, 2 kilometres from the Camp. Zonal Hospital Kullu is 20 Minutes drive from the Camp.

Lost & Found

Management cannot be held responsible nor can they compensate if items get damaged or go missing. We do endeavor to return lost property where possible but in order to do this we ask that belongings are clearly named.

What are the things that should be carried for camping?

For a visit to the camps one must certainly carry bathing suit, towels, t-shirts, extra undergarments, sunburn lotion, plastic bags, sunglasses, insect repellents, sneakers, geographical map, swimming goggles, flashlight, extra batteries, waterproof cameras, zip lock waterproof bags and energy bars. During winters, it is important to carry sweaters and gloves. In summers it is advisable to pack soft and light clothes that make you less weary. Other basic necessities of medical aid, food and water are already included in the camps. Hence one may stick to the important things when planning a trip to this side of the Himalayas.

What are the camping tips for Kids?

If there are families planning a visit to the scenic location, they better follow few guidelines for ensuring safety of their children. Since the camps are either close to the waters or the jungles, it is imperative that children stay close to their parents or elders in the group and remain safe from drowning in the river or getting lost in the jungle. It is necessary for children to wear all the proper gears while rafting and in case of staying in the camps using insect repellents to avoid any infection. In case of winters woolens are a must for kids.
